Pastel Painters Society Scholarship 2019 Recipients

Last spring the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod awarded scholarships to 4 very talented aspiring artists. I have been proud to chair this worthy project since 2012. We wish them the best of luck as they begin their post-secondary education in the arts.
